New Track Release!

We just released a new remix on Oct 12th 2011! You should be listening to it now!
The track is a club remix of our remake of "White Rabbit". We carelessly named it the "Viagra Mix"... you'll understand when the vocals come in. The remix is the first of 4 we plan on releasing on a "White Rabbit" single and remix EP. Should be out after the first of the year (2012).

There were so many plays in the first 10 minutes that it froze our reverbnation player... for everyone! In three days, the release boost us up over 500 points on the reverbnation global all genre charts... that's some serious buzz.

As many of you know we received a Detroit Music Award this year for best electronic recording for 2011 (Little Monkey Pain Mix)... so we underestimated the power of remixes... we won't let it happen again!

The New Look

Getting tired of depending on 1970 style par cans and Light guys that have no idea what we're about or what our music is like... we've invested in a light show that rivals national acts! Before, even Powerman5000 stated we were the first band during their tour that looked like a national touring act... and we aim to please and we needed something new. So While we were getting Andy and Fred ready for their first show... I spent the better part of the summer in 100 degree weather outside building and painting props and designing and building one of a kind moving spots. At one time I had erected the whole truss and lights in our living room to test the look and controls.

The light show is about 80% all DMX controlled and we have been adding to it since this summer. On our next show on 11.11.11 we will be bringing yet more surprises... the whole front in will be 100% remote controlled and in the very near future, the whole light show will be 100% computer controlled and in sync with the music. Soon we will be adding video as well.

Here's some show pics so you can see a sample... let us know what you think.

Tell... what unsigned local bands look like this? :-)

The New Guys!

I'm sure you've heard or seen that we have two new members in the CYBERTRYBE camp! (Dead) Fred Eppensteiner on guitar and Andrew (Mr. Slagg) Dohaney on bass! Both are creating a reputation that coincides with the CYBERTRYBE name! Very talented and great stage presence.

It took us nearly 8 months of auditions to get to these guys and I'm glad we waited to find the right fit.
Our first step was getting them ready to perform shows, get the band a new look, image and stage presence... now we're ready to put them to the test in the studio. So far they have risen to the challenge and have not disappointed us in the least!

I have a feeling these guys will be with us for a long time!
